Kelli's career began close to the people — solving the everyday problems that make or break a workplace. That vantage point never left her, even as her roles grew to span Fortune 500 companies and global organizations operating across more than 80 countries.

Over 20-plus years, she has led HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, labor relations, mergers and acquisitions, inclusion, talent development, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce transformation — often several at once, inside organizations moving through real change.

That range is intentional. Kelli built her career on the belief that HR works best as one connected system in service of the business, not a set of disconnected programs — which is the thinking behind the T.U.R.N. Framework and every engagement at Kelli Turner Advisory.
